💠 RULES & REGULATIONS 💠 - In order to know the exact and complete information you have to watch our IGTV video on instagram USER ID : pfsse_yog
- Entry Fee is compulsory.
- Remember to choose a suitable background regarding with staff moves.
- You have to perform 1 move within one minute with as much perfection as you can and in the same way you have to perform 3 moves within 3 minutes (1 video = 1minute & 3 videos = 3 minute ).
- You have to perform 10-20 repetitions for every move as explained in IGTV video.
- You have to perform the same bo staff moves that are shown in our IGTV video , if we found other moves then you will be disqualified from the competition.
- Video must be in (16 : 9) canvas ( i.e. landscape view ).
- Video must be well EDITED.
- If your single bo staff move video exceeds the time limit of 1 minute then your video will be rejected.

✏️Judgement will not be decided on like basis rather it will be based truely on your talent & our panel of judges.
✏️Rules & Regulations of competition are compulsory to be followed by every participant.
✏️Perfection in every Bo Staff move will decide the rank of participant in competition as explained in this VIDEO 🧐 PERFECTION includes the following points :-
- Video background & location
- Correct repetitions of bo staff spinnings
- Body posture while spinning the bo staff
- Smoothness & speed in bo staff spinnings
- Uniqueness in starting & finishing of bo staff spinnings.
